No it’s a Labbit ring!
Labbits are part of Tarina Tarantino’s “Kidrobot”collection, a collaboration with Frank Kozik. The rings are a strictly limited edition - and they’re sold blind, so you don’t know what kind you might get!

Before I get to the jewelry - I just have to mention that this is my 100th post for Gleaming Things :-) Can you tell I’m tickled pink to be writing this blog?
Okay, now the jewelry…
My passion for vintage-look flower jewelry continues unabated, so today’s pick for jewelry that makes Chloe drool is the “Bloom” […]

Amber is one of my favorite materials for jewelry - I’ve got a few pieces of it… but this ring is sure begging to become part of my jewelry collection :-)
It’s a clear and black resin ring, with little chunks of Baltic amber embedded in it. The ring is hand-created by Sylwia Calus Design in […]

When I was in my pre-teen and early teen years, stretchy bracelets with chunky plastic beads were one of the hot accessories to have.
I had one with multi-colored hearts that I wore until it literally fell apart :-)
Betsey Johnson seems to have been inspired by those late eighties/early nineties trends when she created this charming […]

I think this “Long-stemmed Iris” brooch by Alexis Bittar is just exquisite:
It’s made from hand-painted & hand-sculpted Lucite, Swarovski crystal and gray pearls. The details and delicacy just blow me away - it’s worthwhile taking a look at the zoomed in image on the website!

I think these thin damask resin bangle bracelets from Andrew Hamilton Crawford are gorgeous! The resin is wrapped with a thin layer of sterling silver to create the “damask” effect - and even better, they come in lots of different colors like amber:
Sky blue:
Cream:
And lots more!

I’m a sucker for vintage flower jewelry - I even wore vintage porcelain flower brooches in my hair last year when I got married!
I think that’s why I’m so excited to see Tarina Tarantino’s new “Floriculture” collection of jewelry. She’s designed it around a collection of vintage resin flowers - which means that each one […]

I normally just write about commercially available jewelry, but I couldn’t resist throwing in a piece I made for my sister-in-law’s recent birthday.
She had really liked a tattoo-style necklace that I had posted about awhile back. When you wore the necklace - it looked like you had a tattoo of a bluebird across your collarbones. […]

Everyone knows that Zappos has a great selection of shoes, but did you know that they sell jewelry as well?
From great designers like Tarina Tarantino:
“Baroque” carved lucite earrings.
Betsey Johson:
“Carats” charm bracelet.
Jules Smith:
“Star Struck” star necklace.
Happy shopping :-)
